The Buffalo Township Municipal Sewer Authority (BTSA) is authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations concerning sewage in conformity with Buffalo Township ordinances, all applicable laws, and rules and regulations of administrative agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Sewer rates are determined by the Sewer Authority.

January 8th, February 5th, March 5th, April 2nd, May 7th, June 4th, July 9th, August 6th, September 3rd, October 8th, November 5th, December 3rd
Meetings are open to the public.

            The Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors are accepting applications for a full-time Secretary/Treasurer.

 

            The Township Secretary/Treasurer will act as a liaison to the Board of Supervisors, and coordinate functions for the effective operations of the Township.  The employee must exercise independent judgment in accordance with established rules and policies and ensure that citizens’ concerns are attended to or brought to the Supervisors’ attention.

 

            Candidates must have strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.  Office experience with a solid command of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is preferred.  Familiarity with website design and maintenance will also be considered.  Attendance is required at all regularly scheduled meetings, special meetings and work sessions.  Must be bondable.
