Zoning Ordinace is administered by Central Keystone COG. Application fees are payable to the COG.
Subdivision Administration is handled by the Buffalo Township Planning Commission. Application fees are payable to Buffalo Township.

Note:
Administration Services provided by persons other than the Planning Director/Zoning Officer shall be billed at said person’s normal rate.
Review of revised plans without submission of a new plan with appropriate fees shall be billed at the administration’s hourly rate.
