Zoning Permits

| Residential and Agricultural, principal and accessory buildings and structures | $70.00 plus $2.00 per thousand over the first $10,000.00 of the cost of construction |
| All Nonresidential (excluding Agricultural) | $70.00 plus $2.00 per thousand dollars of the cost of construction. |
| Fences, Wall | $70.00 |
| Signs | $70.00 for the first sign in any one application and $35.00 per each additional sign in the same application. |
| Use Permits | $70.00 |
| Occupancy Permits | $70.00 when not part of a zoning permit. |
| Accessory Structures less than 160 gross square feet | No fee, however an application is required in compliance with the applicable district regulations. |
Hearings

Subdivision and Subdivision/Land Development Plans

Administration Services provided by persons other than the Planning Director/Zoning Officer shall be billed at said person’s normal rate.
Review of revised plans without submission of a new plan with appropriate fees shall be billed at the administration’s hourly rate.
