Buffalo Township will be requiring Septic Inspections by Certified Pumper/Haulers, starting this year, in the Village of Cowan. Please refer to Part 3 of the Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 18. Letters have been sent to the Residents affected by the Ordinance.
