            The Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors are accepting applications for a full-time Secretary/Treasurer.

            The Township Secretary/Treasurer will act as a liaison to the Board of Supervisors, and coordinate functions for the effective operations of the Township.  The employee must exercise independent judgment in accordance with established rules and policies and ensure that citizens’ concerns are attended to or brought to the Supervisors’ attention.

            Candidates must have strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.  Office experience with a solid command of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is preferred.  Familiarity with website design and maintenance will also be considered.  Attendance is required at all regularly scheduled meetings, special meetings and work sessions.  Must be bondable.

            The Township offers a generous benefit package.  Salary is negotiable, based on experience.  Applications are available at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 2115 Strickler Road, Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania 17844, or online at buffalotwp.org.  Applications must be submitted to the below address by August 3, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: The Buffalo Township Municipal Sewer Authority meeting that was scheduled and will not be held on Tuesday, August 6th, 20206 has been rescheduled and will now be help on Tuesday, August 4th, 2006 at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 2115 Strickler Road, Mifflinburg, PA. The meeting will start at 6:30 P.M.
